A PRYT session begins with a guided meditation in which you choose a focus for your session, something in your life that you wish to explore more deeply.
Michelle then moves your body into yoga-based poses which are carefully chosen to support your session's focus.
Breath awareness, touch, and simple dialogue techniques carry you deeper into your experience in these poses, allowing you to reflect on and talk about what is happening in the moment, noticing any thoughts, feelings, or sensations.
There is no judgement or analysis... only a safe space for you to discover your own unique connections between your physical well-being and your innermost self.
At the end of the session, you create your own manageable goals so that you can bring new insights into your daily life in a real, practical way.

A PRYT session lasts approximately 1½ hours and costs $35. Most people benefit from even their first session, and many choose to return again and again.
