About Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy
Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy (PRYT) is an integrative therapy modality which combines elements of modern talk therapy with ancient principles of yoga and meditation. A client is guided into supported yoga poses and invited to verbally explore the mind-body connection in a non-judgmental and compassionate way, fostering insight and transformation.

Becoming aware of the interplay among your body, thoughts, and emotions, you can discover patterns or connections that also show up in your daily life. Thus, ingrained physical tensions are often linked to how you think, feel, and live.
PRYT enables you to go within... to listen to your body's wisdom, without trying to change or "fix" anything, so you can explore these connections and patterns... letting go of things which no longer serve you, gaining insight and a sense of well-being.
PRYT is offered in private one-on-one sessions in an atmosphere of trust and acceptance, facilitating compassionate self-exploration. No prior yoga experience is necessary, and all body types are welcome!
